         - Select Country
         - Card number
         - Expiration date (MM/YY)
         - CSC (3 digit number on back of your card)
         - First and Last name
8. Enter your Billing address.
9. DO NOT enter Shipping address.

10. Enter Contact information.
          - Select Phone type
          - Phone number
          - Email address to send a payment confirmation
